Terms of Participation

    ✓  All List Now terms, conditions and responsible lending criteria apply.

    ✓  This List Now promotional offer is available only to Pay Later vendors who list their properties for sale through agencies with a current Referrer Agreement with List Now.

    ✓  Vendors of residential properties, whose sale campaigns go live during the promotional period and elect Pay Later will be eligible to go into the draw.

    ✓  The promotional period will run between 15th August 2024 – 31st March 2025 (inclusive). The winners will be randomly drawn as follows:

      ◼ Major prize: A brand-new Yaris Cross GX Hybrid valued at $38,990 will be drawn on 1st April 2025

      ◼ 2nd Major prize: A $10,000 Flight Centre voucher will be drawn on 1st April 2025

      ◼ Coverage of property marketing expenses incurred by the vendor up to a maximum of $5,000 (inclusive of List Now's fees and interest charges). 3 draws will take place on 1stApril 2025.

✓  Promotion is limited to a vendor's initial campaign launch. In other words, it will not apply to any subsequent campaigns.

✓  The successful Pay Later vendors will be contacted no later than 5 working days after the draw.Properties that withdraw from sale or properties that are sold during the promotional period, must have loans repaid in full prior to receiving any award.

✓  Properties that withdraw from sale or properties that are sold and settle during the promotional period, must have Pay Later loans repaid in full prior to being eligible for any award.
