Pay Later - Is a regulated loan product offering vendors the flexibility to delay repayment of their campaign costs until such time as the property sells, is withdrawn from market or at 180 days.
The agency can receive funding within 24 hours of the elected funding request date for Pay Later and within 72 hours for upfront payments. Upfront payments vary depending on processing times.

Pay Now is a value-add service offering provided free of charge to your agency. Vendors have the choice of Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Direct Transfer carries no fee. Credit cards are subject to merchant fees up to 2.9%^.

The Loan is being advanced to finance the preparation and promotion costs associated with the sale of their property. The Loan is known as a “bridging loan” as it is intended to be repaid from the proceeds of sale of the Property.

Vendors
Vendors must be over the age of 18 years
A New Zealand Citizen or Resident residing in New Zealand
Vendors must be able to meet List Now’s credit criteria
Have sufficient equity in the property to repay in full at settlement
Have sufficient income to be able to repay the loan in full if the property does not sell or is withdrawn from market
Property
Must be located in New Zealand
Must be a residential property/unit/townhouse/apartment (not off the plan, lifestyle, subdivision)
Vendors must be listed on the title, where property is part of an estate we will need grant of probate
We are unable to assist properties without title or CCC issued, on-sells or Sections

We understand that sometimes it isn’t the right time to move ahead with selling the property. While the loan will remain due and payable we encourage both Agents and Vendors to reach out as soon as possible so we can work with the vendors to close out the loan.

No. Our loan products are provided to offer vendors a flexible option to providing them with the financial freedom to invest in the perfect marketing campaign. Our terms and conditions are a requirement of our loan agreement and must not be negotiated, superseded, or amended by any external parties. As part of these terms and conditions Vendors must make payments without deduction or discount.
How is the Pay Later Loan repaid at settlement? In most cases the loan is repaid at settlement, either by the real estate agency or by the lawyer acting in the settlement process. The loan agreement contains an authority to both parties to repay List Now at settlement. List Now may require your assistance in obtaining the Lawyers details if not provided by the vendor.
