List Now is a privately owned and operated New Zealand company that specialises in simplifying the marketing payment process. We work closely with leading Real Estate Agencies to provide Vendors access to simple and innovative payment options.
Our goal is to revolutionise the real estate industry and improve Agent-Vendor relationships by providing convenient funding options that take the risk and stress out of marketing costs. This way, Agents can focus on what they do best, resulting in Vendors achieving the sale outcome they deserve.

Karen Jackson
Managing Director
When it comes to finance, there’s not a lot Karen can’t help you with. With nearly 30-years of experience in the industry, it’s fair to say that Karen knows how to make finance work for you. So, a few years ago, when talking to a friend who was selling her home, Karen realised she could create a finance package that could help Kiwis to get the marketing they really wanted for the sale of their home, not just the marketing they could squeeze onto their credit card.
Not satisfied with simply providing an easy solution, Karen was determined to create a smarter financial outcome too. Finance that even those with cash in the bank would seriously consider. And so, Lifestyle Finance t/a List Now was born. Today, Karen’s idea has helped thousands to get finance to cover the marketing of their home & cover renovations. Best of all, it’s helped them to achieve a better price for the sale of their home.
When she’s not arranging great finance deals for her clients, you’re likely to find Karen running a marathon. Or training for the next one.
Jaryd Gray
National Sales Manager
Jaryd works closely with our Agency partners, ensuring they’re aware of all the payment offers we have available for their vendors, and making sure we answer any questions they might have, ensuring everyone has a good client experience with List Now.
Outside of work, you’ll find Jaryd on the golf course perfecting his game.
DEBBIE DRAZEK
Operations
Debbie has 21 years of Real Estate Industry experience - which included working as the PA to Martin Cooper. It should come as no surprise then that Debbie is a superstar at managing all the finer details, while making sure that deadlines are kept well in hand. As a mother of four, multitasking is second nature, so you’re in great hands.
When she’s not flat out with work or the kids, Debbie likes to spend time enjoying the outdoors, walking the beach, gardening or entertaining friends & family - often with a glass of champagne!
