Karen founded List Now after identifying a critical gap in the market: homeowners needed more flexibility in how they financed essential marketing, staging, and renovations to secure the best possible sale price. Instead of relying on traditional credit-based solutions, she sourced a smarter, more accessible payment gateway that empowers homeowners to choose how they fund these crucial expenses.  Proudly, List Now has been part of the real estate industry for 10 years. 

To date, her innovative approach has helped tens of thousands of New Zealand homeowners access the resources they need to enhance their property’s value and optimize their sale outcomes.
