When it comes to finance, there’s not a lot Karen can’t help you with. With nearly 30-years of experience in the industry, it’s fair to say that Karen knows how to make finance work for you. So, a few years ago, when talking to a friend who was selling her home, Karen realised she could create a finance package that could help Kiwis to get the marketing they really wanted for the sale of their home, not just the marketing they could squeeze onto their credit card.

Not satisfied with simply providing an easy solution, Karen was determined to create a smarter financial outcome too. Finance that even those with cash in the bank would seriously consider. And so, Lifestyle Finance t/a List Now was born. Today, Karen’s idea has helped thousands to get finance to cover the marketing of their home & cover renovations. Best of all, it’s helped them to achieve a better price for the sale of their home.

When she’s not arranging great finance deals for her clients, you’re likely to find Karen running a marathon. Or training for the next one.

Blessie is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. With years of experience in customer support, virtual assistance, and client care, she has developed a keen eye for solving customer challenges and enhancing their overall experience. Her adaptability and proactive approach have made her the go-to problem solver in every role she has taken on.

Outside of work, when she's not helping customers, you can find Blessie exploring the vibrant city of Auckland, discovering new restaurants and cafés as a self-proclaimed foodie, or picking up new skills to stay adaptable and ready for any challenge that comes her way.

Tina CARR

Client Partnerships Manager

Tina has worked in the real estate industry for many years across various brands in public relations and communications, as a trainer and more recently in sales and corporate partnerships. She has strong industry knowledge and believes marketing your property correctly from the outset is one of the key factors in ensuring a successful sale.

Outside of List Now, Tina enjoys spending time with her young family, frequenting the beach and running.
